SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • Delivery Address and Contact Details:
  • When placing an order with NZCSL, where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address or a PO Box. However, in certain cases we are unable to ship to a PO Box. In these instances, we will notify you if we are unable to deliver it to the address.

    To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile phone numbers. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested. If a customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, customer is responsible for followup and possible re-shipping costs.

  • New Zealand Deliveries (1-4 business days)
  • Delivery Lead Time : Fast NZ Wide Delivery For delivery to major cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 1-4 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.

  • Delivery Charges
  • CourierPost Charges

    - Delivery charge for goods up to 5kg is $xxxx inc.GST
    - 2% surcharge on credit card orders to cover merchant fees.

    There may be instances where delivery charges may increase slightly due to incorrect data. Before proceeding with any order where the delivery charge has increased, NZCSL will contact the customer to confirm acceptance.

  • Proof of Delivery
  • Should you require a proof of delivery at any time , please call us on +64 9 5804990 and we will send you a fax copy.

  • Delivery Carriers
  • - For New Zealand-wide deliveries we use NZ Couriers.

  • Excellent Service and Fast Delivery Guarantee
  • After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the full details of your order. NZCSL staff will process your order as soon as possible and provide you with regular updates.

  • RETURNS POLICY
  • NZCSL offers a 7 day return policy on items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact us on +64 9 5804990

    Returns may not be accepted without a valid invoice number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for a return order: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return.

  • Products Returned Within 7 Days Requirements
  • All products returned MUST be as new condition, 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original codes and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit. NZCS reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed as not in as new condition.

  • Non-Defective Goods Fee
  • For warranty claims on faulty goods, if we receive a product that is found to be non-faulty, a $50 non-fault fee will be payable or Non-Defective Items Policy may apply, whichever is greater. The customer will have to pay for the shipping cost before the non-faulty item is returned to the customer.

  • Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges on returned items are the customers responsibility, NZCSL will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange items. NZCSL will not pay for shipping for non-faulty or non-defective items and the customer will pay and organise courier pick-up or other means of return delivery.

    NZCSL will only cover the shipping cost of the returned item if the wrong item was sent to the customer.

    For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage . A customer can request this in the Order Comments during an order. The insurance charge will be $4 for every $100.

  • Defective Goods Policy
  • DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to NZCSL within 30 days from the invoice date, at NZCSL discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

    Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the stock code will ONLY be replaced with the same item.After 7 days, all manufacturers warranties apply.

    Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges.

  • Non-Defective Goods Policy
  • Although NZCSL is not liable to provide refund or credit note if the customer simply changes their mind or the customer finds the goods cheaper elsewhere, we will accept returns within 7 days from the invoice date.

    All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee and a credit note will be issued toward future purchases only. Original shipping charges are NOT refunded on returned items.

    NZCS reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 7 days from the invoice date.
